A shop, bistro, communal kitchen and upstairs exhibitions give an old-city walk somewhere to linger.

Opened in 1934, the former department store is now run by OR. Taiwanese provisions and local drinks, a bistro table and upstairs cultural events keep the building welcoming visitors. Sip of the Land opens on the fourth floor on September 17.
