Give Thursday night to a Taiwanese brass band carrying New Orleans rhythm.
On Sunday, Soul Heist took a national anthem and a flag anthem into New Taipei City Art Museum and put them together. On Thursday, the Taiwanese brass band opens a three-act night at Revolver.
The band describes its music in terms of New Orleans brass sound and rhythm. SAMEKA from Germany and The Pathfinder share the bill; Soul Heist plays first, 20:00–20:40. Arrive for doors at 19:30 rather than treating 20:00 as a vague suggestion.
The full night runs 20:00–22:30 on October 15. Door entry is NT$500 including a drink. Revolver lists its address as 1-2 Roosevelt Road, Section 1, and directs visitors to CKS Memorial Hall MRT Exit 4. Pick up dinner nearby before doors.
