Built in the nineteenth century and later bought by the Shi family, the courtyard house witnessed their agricultural-processing, timber and shipping businesses.

From the visitor centre at Tamsui MRT Station, walk through the Zhongzheng Road lanes: about 550 metres; allow eight minutes.
