Reading groups, newspapers, and organizing from the 1920s are now exhibited beside the cells where activists were detained.
The building was the Taihoku North Police Station. The history of the Taiwan Cultural Association, its newspapers, lectures, and reading groups is now shown inside it.
The fan-shaped cells and water dungeon remain. Visitors follow the same route once used to move detainees through the building.
