The Kagatobi Ladder Climbing Preservation Society introduces and demonstrates its practice in the school's activity centre on October 17. Seats are limited; arrive early.

Public transport
From TRA Xinying, either the school or park is about 1.5 km; allow 25 minutes on foot. School to park is about 650 m / ten minutes. For the park, take Brown main, Brown 2 or Brown 3 from Xinying bus terminal to Minzhi Civic Centre, or Yellow main/Yellow 6 to Xinying District Office. Yellow 9 runs from HSR Chiayi to the district office.
