A free literary stop beside Xinhua Old Street.
Yang Kui wrote about labour, served prison time, and grew flowers. His work was banned before and after the war. The museum sits in Xinhua, where he lived.
The museum reopened after restoration on October 17, 2026. It closes for lunch from noon to 1:30pm.

Xinhua has no railway station. Take a bus from central Tainan or drive; the museum is beside the historic Xinhua town hall.
