The yellow garden hose is our way into this house.
A yellow hose curls across the roof terrace. Below it, the cutaway house opens onto a bedroom, a bathroom and a drawing table beside the kitchen. We would like the roof.
Stephanie Fan and Cheng Cheng’s HOME brings original illustrations to Frontdoor Gallery in Taipei’s Minsheng Community for three days. Their announcement groups a hot pot, a beer mug, bananas and toys around the title. The artists say they will be there throughout the show.
Allow around an hour for the originals, then leave yourself time to wander Fujin Street. The gallery is about 1.5 km from Nanjing Sanmin MRT; allow 25 minutes on foot. The map below takes you to the gallery door.
