Changhua's after-work forest

Wei Wash's lime-green trees almost glow against the dark. His solo exhibition 森 opens on weekday evenings, a short walk from Changhua Station.

Lime-green tree shapes against a deep-green ground, with dark gaps within the foliage. A pale uneven border surrounds the work, pinned at four corners on a white gallery wall.

A small gallery near the station leaves room for art after work.

The green almost glows. In Wei Wash's forest image, a bright canopy rises against a deep-green ground. Dark gaps cut through the foliage; a pale, uneven border remains visible around the work, pinned at four corners to a white wall.

魏仲偉, who posts as Wei Wash, describes his work as returning to moments of comfort found in daily life. A familiar stand of trees can hold the eye for a while.

His solo exhibition 森 runs at 奇卜藝術 from October 27 to November 14, 2026. On weekdays the gallery opens at 18:30, so this is a stop you can make after work or an early dinner. Saturday has a daytime window. From Changhua Station, allow four minutes for the 211-metre walk.
