Why this order
How should a cup sit in your hand? Glossy glaze or matte? Would you live with that strange object? Pottery makes taste easy to talk about: see what artists do with clay, then choose what you would reach for every morning.
Your afternoon and evening
15:00 gallery; 16:00 pottery streets; 17:30 dinner; head back to the station around 19:00. Exhibitions and shops change independently.
Use Yingge railway station; the gallery is about 13 minutes away on foot. Walk back after dinner.
Stop 1
Yinggo Spot (鶯歌光點美學館)
Start at the third-floor gallery at 15:00, then browse ceramics downstairs. Exhibitions change; look at how artists turn everyday objects into works. Open 10:00–19:00; closed the first and third Tuesday of each month.

Stop 2
Pottery streets: choose a cup each
Walk — The gallery opens onto Taoci Street; about 200 m to the old-street entrance.
Browse Taoci Street and Jianshanpu Road around 16:00. Choose a favourite each and explain why; buying is optional. For a pottery session, ask about price, time, firing and delivery first. An unbooked workshop is not part of this plan.
