Two floors of exhibitions within walking reach of Hualien's old town.
Building 17 hosts Craft Pilgrimage downstairs and 逐光－復返 upstairs through November 22, 2026. The visitor centre in the same building offers drinking water and same-day luggage storage.

Public transport
About 2.5 km or 34 minutes on foot from Hualien Station's front entrance, or roughly ten minutes by taxi. Buses stop at 花蓮文創園區 or 中正站; the latter is about a minute's walk away.
