Begin in a former police station with Taiwan’s struggle for a public voice, then browse a publisher’s bookshop. At night, Chen Ming-Chang, Sheng-Xiang Band, A_Root, Fang You-Xin and Cheng Yi-Wen perform outside Yongle Market. This route stays in one neighbourhood, carrying the afternoon’s reading into live music.
