Pick a few photographs from fifty years of Taiwan Panorama, carry them into dinner conversation, then watch code, pixels and AI make images after dark. Both exhibitions are free and inside Huashan, with no cross-city dash between them.
Your afternoon and evening
Suggested plan: West 2 Hall at 16:30, dinner at 17:30, digital windows from 18:15. Start by allowing 45–60 minutes for the screens. Photography closes at 18:00; the digital programme runs until 21:30.
About 3 minutes from Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT Exit 1 to the park entrance, or 5 from Shandao Temple Exit 6. Inside the park, use its map to find the Immersive Plaza Digital Gallery.
Choose somewhere in the park or nearby on Bade Road, eat, then return. This is a flexible dinner break; individual shops set their own hours and prices.
Watch an image form, then stay for the next work. Lake views, slime-mould-like units, stairs, flowers and rows of eyes each take a different approach. Viewing is free; when you need a break, wander through the park.
