Why this order

A Keelung date does not need a coastal expedition. See art in the centre, walk to Miaokou for dinner, then sit by the harbour near the station. Three close stops leave more time for each other than for transport.

Your afternoon and evening

15:00–16:30 art; 17:30–18:45 dinner; 19:00 harbour. Museum free, food extra. Leaving by 16:30 works with both opening schedules.

Start from Keelung railway station or intercity bus terminal; walk into the centre and finish by the station at Ocean Plaza.

Walk — About 700 m from Miaokou; allow 12–15 minutes.
